2007年度全港空手道大賽

今日完成埋我今年最後一個目標!

【男子自由組手公開組冠軍】

今次係我第二年打open組~

打左七場~

有好幾場都打得唔好.....

尤其係決賽.....知道自己有咩缺點~

下一年又有另一新目標~加油!!!

【唔好話七場!一百場都要打!!!】

恭喜豪仔拎左-60kg季軍,勁野啦~繼續努力!

拎唔到獎ge都唔好灰心~
